Do you sell wholesale?
Yes, all our items are sold in bulk in wholesale pricing. You can divide the bulk size to smaller portion for resale.

The status of my order reads ‘Awaiting Paypal Payment’ / ‘Awaiting Credit Card Payment’. What does this mean?
If you checked-out but did not make payment when you were redirected to a payment page, our Order History will log this incomplete transaction as ‘Awaiting Paypal Payment’ or ‘Awaiting Credit Card Payment’. That means your Paypal account or credit card has not been charged. This will not affect your subsequent orders.

I need my orders urgently. Do you ship via Express?
Yes, we ship via Poslaju, our national post office courier service for local orders and registered airmail for international orders.

Any Custom, Duties, Tax ?

CraftyCabin.com do not charge any sales tax. However, you may be required to pay customs and duties before the local customs release your package, if your package is big. Please learn about the customs regulations of your country before buying online.

How Long Will It Take For Orders To Arrive?

Poslaju takes 1-2 business days to reach your address in West Malaysia and 2-3 business days in East Malaysia.

For international orders, registered airmail will take anywhere between 7-12 business days. However, we do advise to wait until 21 days before contacting us. Sometimes it takes up to 25 days when there are other issues like public holidays, post office strikes or other unforeseen world issues.

What’s Your Postage Rate?

All items are shipped from Selangor, Malaysia. Upon receipt of your payment, I will ship your order within 1-3 working days. When items are shipped out, you will get an email from me confirming that it has been shipped out with the tracking number for your reference.

Below are the rates, you can combine shipping of about 1-5 items depending on what are the items weight. For small items, you can combine up to 10 items for the same postage.

East Malaysia
Poslaju (2-3 days) : RM10.00*

Singapore
Registered Mail (3-7 days) : S$4.00*

International
Registered Air Mail : (7-21 days) : US5.00*
